A great shoot is part photography and part preparation. Here is how the process works with Mirage Media, and how to get a property camera-ready so the results are as strong as possible.

Before the shoot: a simple prep checklist

The cleaner and more styled the space, the better it photographs. A little prep goes a long way.

  • Declutter counters, nightstands, and surfaces. Less is more on camera.
  • Turn on every light and replace any dead bulbs ahead of time.
  • Open blinds and curtains to let in natural light.
  • Hide trash cans, pet bowls, cords, and personal items.
  • Make beds, fluff pillows, and straighten towels.
  • Pull cars out of the driveway and tidy the yard for exterior and drone shots.

During the shoot

We arrive on time and work room by room, capturing each space with HDR photography for balanced light and true color. If your package includes drone, video, or a 3D Matterport tour, we capture those in the same visit. Most residential shoots take one to two hours depending on size and the services booked.

After the shoot

Every image is edited in house for a clean, consistent, true-to-life look. Standard photos and tours are delivered the next day, ready to drop straight into the MLS, your property website, and social. A few add-ons may need a little extra time, and we always confirm timing when you book.

Our promise

Every shoot is backed by a 100% money-back guarantee. If the final deliverables do not exceed your expectations, you are covered.
